CDA Now Regulates Private Pesticide Applicator Program

The Colorado Department of Agriculture has replaced EPA as the regulator agency for private pesticide applicator certification in Colorado as of January 1, 2007, This link goes to details of the CDA program at their web site.

Cancellation of Furadan 4F registration on alfalfa.

The EPA has announced that registration of Furadan 4F registration will be cancelled on alfalfa. The cancellation is dependent upon the acceptance of the IRED linked here.
